We value every moment of game time and recommend that you arrive punctually according to the "scheduled number of people" and time. This way, everyone can fully enjoy the game. We also suggest that all players arrive 10 minutes before the game starts to allow us more time to welcome you! Late arrivals will result in a shortened game experience, and those arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting their rights, with no refund provided.

If You Have a Sudden Change of Plans
We understand you may want to share the fun with more friends, so if you wish to add players on-site, we will do our best to accommodate within the safety limits for an enjoyable game experience. We will also charge the necessary additional fees to ensure the best experience for each player. Please note that if the actual number of players does not meet the reserved number, we do not offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

🎈Young Children (5 and under)
Children that are 5 and under:

• May play in the 64 and 64 Plus zones only. A player ticket is required, and they must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
• May enter but are limited to the lounging area to enjoy the cheerful atmosphere. They must still be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.

🎈Young Adventurers (From 5 to 11)
Young adventurers can participate in the game, but need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. At least one adult must participate in the game with them and enjoy the fun together.

🎈Teenagers (From 12 to 17)
If the legal guardian cannot come to play in person, teenagers need a legal guardian to sign a consent form, which should be brought on the day they play. Alternatively, a parent or legal guardian can accompany them and sign the consent form at the venue. The parent or guardian can purchase an accompany ticket to enjoy the atmosphere in the resting area without participating in the game.

We provide equal-sized activity spaces for all players. Therefore, we do not offer special prices for children.

• Please bring water and a towel with you. Players are also encouraged to bring gloves and non-slip socks for the game.
• Wear comfortable sportswear, similar to what you would wear for a marathon. Shoes can be removed inside the game area, but socks must be worn. If your socks are too slippery, non-slip socks are available for purchase on-site. Please ensure you wear fully enclosed shoes; sandals, flip-flops, crocs, or other open-toe footwear are not allowed. It is advisable to avoid shoes with thick soles to ensure an optimal game experience.
• Coin-operated lockers are available on-site; however, CyberCube is not responsible for the safekeeping of your items.
• Please follow all staff instructions throughout the activity. You will be responsible for any damages caused by rule violations and will be required to compensate at full value.
• Individuals with epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases, light sensitivity, osteoporosis, those who are pregnant, or children that are 5 years old or younger (only the 64-Tile Challenge and 64 Plus-Tile Challenge are available for them to play) are prohibited from participating in the activity. If you have other health conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with a medical professional before participating to ensure the activity is suitable for you.
• Please confirm that your health is appropriate for the game. If vomiting occurs within the game area, a cleaning fee of 6,000 NTD and any necessary equipment repair costs will be charged. For incidents occurring in other areas outside the game zone, a cleaning fee of 2,000 NTD will apply.
• Every participant entering the CyberCube venue must fill out a Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk Statement.
• If any players are under 18 years old, please carefully review the age restrictions and accompaniment requirements on our official website or contact us via our Instagram account (@cybercubejump) for relevant inquiries.
• To maintain cleanliness, outside food is not permitted in the venue. A cleaning fee of 1,500 NTD will be charged for bringing outside food.

Due to the design limitations of the game mode, please make reservations according to the player limit specified for each venue on the reservation website. If the number of players exceeds the limit, please make separate group reservations. Only one group of players is allowed to play at a time during each time slot. Players are also asked to arrive at their reserved time slots. If the number of attendees exceeds the limit, additional accompany tickets must be purchased (accompany tickets are not available at department stores or for Speedy Challenges; you will need to wait at a nearby convenience store or department store resting area).

• This is a pet-friendly venue; pets are allowed inside as long as they do not touch the ground.
• Our space is suitable for all ages.
• The entire area is under surveillance; smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited throughout the venue.
• We are cosplay-friendly; please adhere to general guidelines and safety regulations.
