🎈Young Children (5 and under)
Children that are 5 and under:

  • May play in the 64 and 64 Plus zones only. A player ticket is required, and they must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
  • May enter but are limited to the lounging area to enjoy the cheerful atmosphere. They must still be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.

🎈Young Adventurers (From 5 to 11)
Young adventurers can participate in the game, but need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. At least one adult must participate in the game with them and enjoy the fun together.

🎈Teenagers (From 12 to 17)
If the legal guardian cannot come to play in person, teenagers need a legal guardian to sign a consent form, which should be brought on the day they play. Alternatively, a parent or legal guardian can accompany them and sign the consent form at the venue. The parent or guardian can purchase an accompany ticket to enjoy the atmosphere in the resting area without participating in the game.

We provide equal-sized activity spaces for all players. Therefore, we do not offer special prices for children.

Individuals with epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases, light sensitivity, osteoporosis, those who are pregnant, or children that are 5 years old or younger (only the 64-Tile Challenge and 64 Plus-Tile Challenge are available for them to play) are prohibited from participating in the activity. If you have other health conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with a medical professional before participating to ensure the activity is suitable for you.
If vomiting occurs within the game area, a cleaning fee of 6,000 NTD and any necessary equipment repair costs will be charged. For incidents occurring in other areas outside the game zone, a cleaning fee of 2,000 NTD will apply.

Please bring water and a towel with you. Players are also encouraged to bring gloves and non-slip socks for the game.

Wear light and comfortable sportswear for the game, and prepare loose short-sleeve athletic clothing for changing.

You may remove your shoes inside the game area, but socks are required. If your socks are too slippery, non-slip socks are available for purchase on-site.

Make sure to wear fully enclosed shoes. Do not wear slippers, sandals, clogs, or any footwear that does not completely cover the feet. Since the floor tiles are heat-sensitive, it is recommended to avoid shoes with thick soles to ensure the best game experience.

Coin-operated lockers are available on-site; however, please keep your valuables with you, as CyberCube is not responsible for safeguarding them.

For regular guests, we recommend arriving at the venue no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time to check in. You can enter the venue as soon as your reservation time starts. For private group bookings, up to three people may enter 10 minutes prior to set up, while the rest of the group must wait until the event starts before entering.

If you arrive too early, please note that the venue may still be in use by the previous group, and you may need to rest at a nearby convenience store.

To maintain cleanliness in the venue, outside food is not allowed. A cleaning fee of 1,500 NTD will be charged if outside food is brought in.

Some group booking packages allow outside food. For details, please refer to the group booking package table.

CyberCube is a pet-friendly venue, pets are allowed inside as long as they do not touch the ground. We do not hold responsibility for looking after your pets, so please keep a careful eye on them!

We do not have a dedicated shower room or changing room. However, there is a larger restroom where customers can change clothes. (For department store locations, restrooms are not available within the store; customers need to use the restrooms inside the department store.)

In the event of a typhoon, if any city in Taiwan announces work and class day-offs, players may apply for a refund or reschedule for free, regardless of their location.

The operating status will be announced at 9:00 PM on social media, indicating whether we will be open the next day.

Scenario 1: Open
Players with reservations can choose to play as scheduled, reschedule, or request a refund.
If there are available slots on-site, walk-in guests will be allowed to play.

Scenario 2: Closed
Customer service will inform all reserved sessions and provide refunds.

The operating status of our department store locations will follow the store's arrangements: if the department store is open, we will be open; if the department store is closed, we will also be closed.

After submitting a reservation, you will receive an email containing reservation details (such as the order number and order link), which you can check in the email address provided during booking. Below are the explanations for the reservation status:

Reservation Pending Approval
This status means your reservation has been submitted but not yet paid for, so it is not officially confirmed. Please complete the payment within 30 minutes (72 hours for group bookings) after making the reservation. A successful reservation requires completed payment within the time limit; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the reservation and release the time slot.

Reservation Confirmed
This status indicates that your reservation has been confirmed by us. When the reservation is officially confirmed, you will receive an SMS from the system. Please arrive on time.

Reservation Canceled
This status indicates that the reservation has been automatically canceled due to non-payment within the specified time. Please do not attempt to make payment after cancellation

Once you’ve made the reservation, you can pay via the methods mentioned below through the reservation form:

  • Virtual ATM transfer
  • Credit card
  • LINE Pay
  • JKOPAY

Other payment methods (such as cash) are not available.

Please note that the virtual ATM transfer system has its own cutoff time, but payment must be completed within 30 minutes for the reservation to be successful. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the order and release the time slot.

Please do not attempt to make payment after cancellation!

Currently, Culture Points cannot be used at our store.

Sports Vouchers can be used at all our storefronts; you may proceed with your online booking as usual and inform the on-site staff on the event day about using the voucher. After verification, the discounted amount will be refunded within 20 business days.

A reservation is only considered successful for both group bookings and regular guests after full payment has been completed.

Our company, in accordance with relevant regulations, pays the entertainment tax on behalf of consumers. Therefore, the price already includes the entertainment tax. Based on confirmation with the National Tax Bureau's business tax division, this amount falls under the exemption from issuing uniform invoices.

Issuing an invoice would result in the entertainment tax being included in the invoice amount, leading to an over-issuance, which does not comply with relevant regulations. As a result, only a receipt can be issued upon request.

For product sales, our company will issue an invoice based on the actual sales amount. Additionally, we truthfully report and deduct the entertainment tax from the received amount and pay the applicable business tax each period in accordance with the law.

If you require a receipt, please inform the on-site staff on the day of your visit or contact online customer service.

After you create a reservation, you will receive an email containing reservation details (such as order number, order link, etc.), which you can check in the email address provided during booking.

If the reservation is confirmed (payment has been completed), you will receive both an email and an SMS with the reservation details.

◎ On the day of the event: Reservations cannot be rescheduled, canceled, or refunded. If the actual number of attendees is fewer than the reserved number, no refund will be provided for the difference.

◎ 1 day before the event: Rescheduling is only allowed to time slots available on the event day. If no slots are available, rescheduling is not possible. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

◎ 2 to 3 days before the event: Reservations can be rescheduled once to any available time slot. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

◎ 4 days or more before the event: Reservations can be rescheduled once to any available time slot. Cancellations will receive a full refund (minus a 100 NTD administrative fee).

There are two ways to increase the number of participants:

◎ Online:
If you have confirmed the number of participants for the day, please contact our customer service in advance (Instagram: @cybercubejump, Facebook: @閃動格子CyberCube), we will provide you with an online payment link. Once payment is completed, we will update your reservation with the additional participants.

◎ On-Site:
On the event day, please directly inform the staff and pay the price difference. On-site payments are only accepted via credit card, Line Pay, or JKO Pay. Cash is not accepted. On-site changes may take time and reduce your playtime, so we recommend completing the process online in advance.

(Total amount for the new participant plan) - (Amount already paid) = Price difference to be paid

Requests to reduce the number of participants must be made at least 4 days before the game day. Please contact our customer service in advance (Instagram: @cybercubejump, Facebook: @閃動格子CyberCube), we will register your refund request, and the system will process the refund within 20 business days.

(Amount already paid) - (Amount for the reduced number of participants) = Refund amount

To change the reservation time, you need to cancel the original order and select "Want to change the reservation time" as the cancellation reason. Then, rebook for the correct time slot. The system will process the refund within 20 business days. (Be sure to leave a comment to ensure the refund handling fee is waived.)

To cancel a reservation, you must make the request at least 4 days before the event. You can click the "Cancel Reservation" option at the bottom of the reservation page. After canceling, the system will process the refund within 20 business days (a 100 NTD handling fee will be deducted).

◎ 3 days before the event and on the day: No changes or cancellations can be made, and no refunds will be provided.

◎ 4 to 7 days before the event: Changes to the order are not allowed. If you cancel, one-third of the total order amount will be refunded (no additional administrative fee).

◎ 8 to 14 days before the event: The order can be changed once, and you may select another available time slot. If you cancel, half of the total order amount will be refunded (no additional administrative fee).

◎ 15 to 30 days before the event: The order can be changed once, and you may select another available time slot. If you cancel, a full refund will be issued (minus a 100 NTD administrative fee).

As long as the number of participants is within the maximum limit of your reserved package, you can adjust the number of participants without modifying the order or paying additional fees.

If the added number of participants exceeds the package limit, you can pay the difference on the day of the event based on the actual number of attendees, with no handling fee required. Only mobile payments, including LINE Pay and TWQR, are accepted on-site—cash is not accepted.

If the original total number of participants exceeded the limit and payment has already been made, but you later need to reduce the number to within the limit, please contact online customer service to proceed with the refund process.

To change the reservation time, you need to cancel the original order and select "Want to change the reservation time" as the cancellation reason. Then, rebook for the correct time slot. The system will process the refund within 20 business days. (Be sure to leave a comment to ensure the refund handling fee is waived.)

You can select add-on items when placing your order or inform the staff on-site. On-site payments are only accepted via credit card, Line Pay, or JKO Pay. Cash is not accepted.

If you need to purchase additional items, please contact online customer service for assistance.
